Forward individual messages to suppliers or third parties as a new email thread, with editable quoted context.

Add agents as followers on a conversation so they get notified without being assigned.

Automatic detection and redaction of card numbers, CVVs, and expiry dates in incoming messages. Per-inbox opt-out.
